Science Summit Agenda
Get ready for an extensive program featuring over 400 sessions. You can easily search for sessions by keywords, UN SDGs, geographical coverage, or date.
Detailed information on each session is accessible after registration. Attendance is free of charge. All sessions will be available online, with specific sessions taking place in person in New York.
All times listed in the agenda are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

ATTENDEES GUIDE TO VIEWING A SESSION


Add Settings
1. Open the Science Summit UNGA79 website:
https://sciencesummitunga.vfairs.com/

2. Click on the login button:


3. Enter your credentials:


4. To view all the sessions click on Auditorium


5.Click on the screen in the center


6. Here in the Agenda, You will be able to see the list of sessions for each day
1. At the bottom right of each session there is an “I will attend in person” button


2. Once you click on this, you will save your seat for any IN-PERSON or HYBRID session.
You will also receive an email confirming your seat for the session.

3. For virtual sessions you can add sessions to your schedule by clicking on the “Add to my schedule” button.
1. One the live day you will see countdowns before the session goes live. This will help you determine when each session will start.

2. When the session is live, you will see a ‘Join” button at the right top of each session.

3. Simply click on the join button to join the session.
